Day 01: Arrive Chennai Chennai Temple
Upon your arrival at Chennai, our representative will meet you and escort you to the hotel for check in. Popularly referred to as the 'Gateway to the South', Chennai is the capital of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The fourth largest metropolis in India, Chennai is a must-visit city on any Tamil Nadu Tour. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Chennai
CAfter breakfast, enjoy the sightseeing tour of Chennai city. Visit some of the tourist attractions in Chennai. Some sites of interest include Marina Beach, Fort St. George, St. Thomas Mount, San Thome Cathedral, Kapaleeshwar Temple and the National Art Gallery. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Chennai - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram
After breakfast, drive from Chennai to Kanchipuram. Upon reaching, enjoy a sightseeing trip. The sacred city of Kanchipuram is famous for its magnificent temples. Major tourist attractions include Kailasanthar Temple, Ekambareshwarar Temple, The Vardarajanperumal Temple and the Sakiswarar Temple. Later, drive to Mahabalipuram and check in at the hotel on arrival. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry
After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Mahabalipuram in the morning. The erstwhile capital of the Pallavas, Mahabalipuram is an excellent tourist destination. It is famous for the Shore Temple, Arjuna's Penance - the largest bas-relief in the world, and the architecturally fabulous 'mandapams'. In the afternoon, drive to Pondicherry and check in at the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Pondicherry - Tanjore
After breakfast, set out for a sightseeing tour of Pondicherry. Later drive to Tanjore in the afternoon and check in at the hotel. Tanjore houses numerous historic temples and monuments that reflect the cultural and architectural pursuits of the past. Visit the Sri Brihadeeswara Temple - an exemplary specimen of Chola architecture. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06: Tanjore - Thiruchirapalli - Madurai
After an early breakfast, drive to Madurai en route visiting Thiruchirapally (Trichy). The 4th largest city in the state of Tamil Nadu, Trichy has a rich cultural heritage. Visit major tourist sites like Rock Fort Temple, Sri Ranganathaswami Temple and Jambukeshwara Temples. Later drive to Madurai and check into the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Madurai
After breakfast, enjoy a tour to the sightseeing locales of Madurai. Madurai is a 2,600-year-old temple town noted for its rich architectural and cultural heritage. Visit the Meenakshi Temple, Mariamman Teppakulam (Great Tank), and Thirumalai Nayak Palace. Revisit the Meenakshi Temple in the evening to watch the prayer ceremony. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08: Madurai - Periyar
After an early breakfast, head for the immensely popular Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary. Check into hotel upon arrival. Enjoy an afternoon boat cruise on the lake to watch wild elephants and other animals in their natural habitat. Overnight at hotel. Kumarakom Houseboat

Day 09: Periyar - Kumarakom
After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom. Check into the hotel upon arrival. Kumarakom is a cluster of gorgeous islands on the Vembanad Lake. The scenic beauty and meandering lagoons and backwaters of Kumarakom are sure to mesmerize you thoroughly. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10: Kumarakom
After breakfast, enjoy a tour of the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. One of the best places for bird viewing, Kumarakom Sanctuary is packed with mangrove forests, paddy fields, coconut groves, and is home to thousands of species of migratory birds. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11: Kumarakom - Kottayam - Alleppey
After an early breakfast drive to Kottayam. Upon reaching, board a Kettuvallam (luxury houseboat). Get set for an enchanting cruise to the through the crystal clear backwaters of the "Venice of the east" - Alleppey. Treat your taste buds with mouthwatering Kerala cuisine while viewing some breathtaking locales on the way. Enjoy your lunch & dinner on board. Overnight at hotel.

Day 12: Alleppey - Cochin
After breakfast, disembark the houseboat at Alleppey. Later drive to Cochin. Check into hotel on arrival. Spend the evening at leisure. Kerala's bustling commercial capital, Cochin (Kochi) boasts of a rich heritage aptly complemented by some breathtaking scenic beauty. The historic city of ports and harbors, Cochin is popularly referred as the "Gateway to Kerala". Overnight at hotel.

Day 13: Kumarakom - Kottayam - Alleppey
Enjoy an early breakfast and proceed for a sightseeing tour of Cochin City. Visit the Chinese Nets kissing the backwaters at Vasco Da Gama Square, Mattancherry Palace, St. Francis Church, and the Jewish Synagogue. In the evening, enjoy a Kathakali Dance program at a theater. Overnight at hotel.

Day 14: Depart Cochin
After breakfast, proceed to the airport to board your homebound flight.
